Returns
Your satisfaction is of the highest concern to us. In the unlikely instance that you receive a
wrong or defective product, we can refund you after you returned , Contact us directly for
a return authorization. Please return to us within 7 days of when you received your
package. Your item should be packed carefully and must arrive in the same condition as it
was shipped to you, You'd better include a notice writting your name ,order number and
e-mail,Wrarranty time is 6-12 months depending on items
Refund Policy

30-days Goods Returns
 
You may return products sold by o-like.com no more than 30 days of receipt of your order
(based on the delivery record), and upon pre-approval of TEM-LASER Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
 Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
 Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or
box).
 Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
 Any discount, clearance or sales product that o-like.comhas already stated
non-returnable.
 In the event of dispute, o-like.com's decision shall be final and conclusive.
Return procedures
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
1. Click Contact us.
2. Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products and the reason for your
return .
3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box
that we can expedite your request.
4. Send the returning items by mail to: Flat / RM 905 Workingberg Commercial BLDG

5. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Refund policy
 

Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its
condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We
can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion
code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise,
original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.
Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address,
failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make
import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by
deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 15% of the value of products as
re-stocking fee. (In Hong Kong, for the return of undeliverable, re-stocking fee of HK$25
will be deducted from your refund.)
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However,
customers will be charged US$6/ US$15/ US$18 or US$25* for resend shipping fee per
parcel.
* Re-shipping fee is base on the original shipping method used for your purchase.
 

 

Service
Warranty:90Days
We can offer 90 days warranty for the new and original parts,from the day we shipping out the parts to we receive the returning parts, and we refuse returning parts more than 90 days.
If returning parts happened in 30 days , parts should be the same as we shipped you . And you should send us the testing report , If it can be passed ,when we receive the parts,we will return you the payment .If the parts are damaged or stained with tin will be refused to be returned.
We usually ship the buyer item as sample in a lower value,in order to avoid the buyer’s tax,However,the tax is determined by buyer custom no by us ,Different countries for difference tax rate,So if any tax then the buyer should undertake it ,
If Due to the buyer reson including (Refuse to sign for the package),(Refuse to pay the tax) or(buyercountry post reson) and so on .the buyer have to undertake all the lose,We are in charge of the responsibility keep the goods left China smoothy, the trancking No is have show on DHLwebsite ans UPS website and the good leave HongKongChinaand then the buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility.
